I don't typically accept returns or exchanges without a reason.
As stated above, I don't usually accept returns on made to order items. However, I will accept a return on art and certain items if unworn and undamaged, and will refund the full purchase price (less shipping) when I receive them back in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. There may be a restocking fee of $5 deducted from each returned item.
Returning and exchanging items may be done by mail. Return and exchange shipping labels and costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If there is an issue with your order I'll be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of my artwork and artsy gift items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.
In the rare event your item arrives damaged or has a printing or manufacturing defect, please contact me within three days. You will need to send me a photo of the damage or defect and the package it was sent in, or I will ask you to return the item to us for inspection of your claim. You will receive a replacement for the exact item you ordered or a credit in my online Art Shop.
Please carefully read item descriptions, shipping information, and store policies before placing your order. Carefully select your item from the drop down menu. I do not accept refunds due to misreading an item description or mistakenly ordering the wrong size, color, or other variables. Please choose the correct size by referring to my item description and measurement charts. You will receive the item you order, as the description states.
The colors on your computer monitor or device may appear differently when viewing our items. This is due to variations in computer color calibrations. If you have questions about an item’s colors, size, etc. please contact me. There are no refunds or exchanges due to slight color variations on your computer or device.
Refunds due to customs fees and/or taxes will not be accepted.
