Do you sell original paintings, drawings and other artwork?

Yes. You can get notice of new artworks and exhibitions by following my Art Blog or joining my newsletter mailing list. Most of the artwork shown in my online gallery is already sold or taken. If there is a specific art piece or style you're interested in acquiring, please contact me to see if something similar is available.

Do you take commissions?

Yes, if you're interested in commissioning an original piece of artwork from Rachael Grad, please contact me. It's helpful if you can include specifics, for example, the size you'd like, colours you had in mind, and any pieces or series that appeal to you.

For your limited edition art prints of your original artwork and photographs, what is the size of the edition?

Limited editions are typically made in sets of 25. The item listing will specify the edition size. When you order a print, you will be notified which number of the edition you'll receive.

What are your payment terms?

I accept PayPal and credit cards through my online art shop. If you're in Canada and would like to pay by e-transfer, please contact me to inquire.

Do you accept wholesale purchases from corporate art consultants and interior designers?

Yes, I love to see my artwork placed in nice homes and businesses. Please email to inquire about wholesale purchases for art consultants and interior designers. I offer a designers' discount.

Do you sell in stores and galleries?

Yes, I'm honoured when stockists and galleries want my artwork in their shops! Please send an email to discuss how my art could fit your gallery or store.

Do you have a cancellation and return policy?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 10 hours of placing your order. Please see my returns page for more info.

Do you offer framing of your art?

Yes. Certain artwork and art prints include frames. If they don't and you want your purchase framed, please email and I'll try to help you.

Can I share your artwork images?

If you want to use any of my images on your blog or social media, please email me first. I'll ask that you credit me and my website. Images and content from this website cannot be reproduced or otherwise distributed in any form without written permission. All artwork is © Rachael Grad. All images and content on this website are protected under copyright laws.

Can I use your images or content for an article or feature?

I blogged for several years for design websites (like Apartment Therapy and Dwell) and I love working with bloggers, editors, stylists and writers! There are many images I'd be happy for you to use for your articles but I ask that you contact me first for permission.

Can I resell or reprint your art or product?

No. All products purchased on this site are for personal use only. Images may not be downloaded, printed, or used without permission in any way. After the purchase of original art, the copyright to the original art stays with me. The artwork can't be reproduced or resold.

Are you open during the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Pandemic?

Yes, I am operating as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, please be aware that shipping is outside of my control, and due to flight reductions and increased border restrictions, your order will most likely take longer than normal to arrive. I'lll do my best to keep you informed of any changes, and I sincerely appreciate your support and patience during this time.
