The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually it's 1 week to 4 weeks, depending on the item. Original artwork and certain items may be already made and ready to ship from my art studio in the Toronto area. Some items are made to order so will be made once you've paid for your order. The processing time for made to order items is typically between 1 to 3 weeks. All items are Canadian-made and will ship directly from my art studio, art shows or hand-made manufacturer in Canada.
If you need your item by a certain date, please ask me the production time before placing an order.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TRACKING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR ORDER. Canada Post does not include tracking - either domestic OR international tracking - as standard. If you'd like to upgrade to shipping with tracking, please let me know. However, please be aware that this is expensive, especially with international orders.

Customs and Import Taxes
The international shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Any costs or customs fees (both domestic or international) delayed shipments are not my responsibility. Please contact your local post office if you are unsure of the customs, duties, or expected transit times for your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Your order will be shipped to your address. If you are sending a gift, please change your shipping address and include a message with your order.

Yes, I am operating as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, please be aware that shipping is outside of my control, and due to flight reductions and increased border restrictions, your order will most likely take longer than normal to arrive.
