Some days a fast pencil sketch is the only art I can get done. The weather in Toronto today was gorgeous and felt like mid summer.

Yorkville Park was busy with Torontonians trying to enjoy the last bit of warm weather. I didn’t have a lot of time to draw so tried to capture the trees, leaves and flowers that were moving in the breeze.

Sketchbook Drawings Around Toronto

I take my sketchbook wherever I go and love drawing outdoors when the Toronto weather allows for it! I hope to get a few more en plein air paintings and drawings done before winter arrives.
